Qualifications
6 months experience working with students with SEN.
Strong understanding of differentiation strategies.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities

Support the development of communication and social skills.
Promote positive behaviour and independence.
Monitor progress and provide feedback.
Skills
Experience with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs
Understanding of KS3/KS4 curriculum
Ability to build positive relationships with young people

Relevant teaching or SEN qualifications (e.g. QTS, PGCE or Level 3+ SEN)
