Job summary

Mangotsfield School is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted interventions for students with SEND, under the direction of the SENDCo. You will support pupils from KS3 to KS5 with 1:1 and small-group work, help maintain SEND records, and assist with planning and resource management to promote high standards.

• Ability to use data to inform intervention impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication with students, colleagues, and parents.

• Assist with Assess–Plan–Do–Review cycle and behaviour/safety across the school.
