Job summary

Ad Warrior is seeking a SEND Intervention Lead for Stradbroke High School in Stradbroke, Eye. The role involves working with pupils with SEND, delivering tailored interventions and supporting in-classroom activity, with planning and monitoring responsibilities for intervention programs.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, be able to work with small groups, and show initiative. Term-time plus 1 week, permanent contract, 31.25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Commitment to working with young people.
• Ability to use your initiative.
• Experience delivering ASDAN, Life Skills or similar non-GCSE qualifications.
• Experience supporting small groups of students in lessons and/or one-to-one work.
• GCSE English & Maths at grade C/4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored interventions to small groups outside the classroom.
• Support in the classroom as required.
• Plan and monitor interventions for SEND students.
• Participate in wider opportunities such as trips or first aider duties (advantage).
