Job summary

Aston Community Education Trust is seeking a SEND Integrated Resource Lead for Thurcroft Junior Academy, within a multi-academy trust across the region. The role focuses on developing the Integrated Resource with a 10-place capacity, supporting pupils with EHCPs and communication needs.

You will lead a small team and work closely with school leadership, RMBC, and ACET Inclusion to shape provision and ensure high-quality learning experiences for learners with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision.
• Knowledge of EHCP processes.
• Ability to work with multi-academy trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of a teacher and support staff to deliver SEND provision.
• Oversee admissions, consultations and liaison with the Local Authority.
• Support the statutory annual review cycle and engage with Principal and SENDCo.
• Collaborate with other ACET academies to integrate best practices.
