Job summary

Waverley Primary Academy, part of Aston Community Education Trust, seeks a skilled SEND Integrated Resource Lead to expand and enhance our SEND provision for pupils with EHCPs, focusing on Communication and Interaction and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources, liaise with RMBC and ACET Inclusion leaders, and contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive practice across the academy and wider trust.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a SEND Integrated Resource and supporting pupils with EHCPs.
• Strong knowledge of Communication and Interaction and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Ability to manage admissions, liaising with Local Authority and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SEND Integrated Resource and its team.
• Coordinate admissions, assessments and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with RMBC, ACET Inclusion leads and Academy Principal.
• Ensure high-quality provision and reporting.
