Job summary

Cirencester Deer Park School is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Leader to join our SEND team. You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure high-quality SEND provision, coordinate reviews, and liaise with families and external agencies.

We are looking for an experienced SEND practitioner who is committed to inclusive education and making a positive difference to pupils. QTS is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children and young people with SEND.
• Understands SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education principles.
• Experience coordinating EHCP annual reviews and working with teachers, parents and external professionals.
• Ability to lead review meetings and contribute to pupil support planning.
• Demonstrates excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
