Job summary

Cirencester Deer Park School is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Leader to join our SEND team. You will provide administrative and operational support, coordinate review processes, liaise with families and external agencies, and ensure high-quality provision for pupils with SEND to thrive academically and personally.

The role involves coordinating annual reviews, supporting teaching activities, and leading review meetings to contribute to personalised pupil support planning while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education principles.
• Ability to coordinate EHCP annual reviews and SEND review processes.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills essential for timely reviews.
• Ability to liaise with families and external professionals to support pupil needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEND Administration and Review Processes.
• Lead EHCP Annual Reviews and SEND Review Coordination.
• Deliver pupil support and targeted interventions as part of the SEND team.
• Coordinate Teaching Assistant support and assist colleagues across the team.
