Job summary

Cleobury Mortimer Primary School is seeking an experienced SEN teacher to lead its SEND Hub as part of a two-year secondment from January 2027. The post combines teaching in the Hub with leadership responsibilities, supported by the Learning Community Trust and Severndale teams.

The role focuses on developing a Hub Development Plan, delivering quality teaching, and promoting positive behaviour support across two classes.

Qualifications

• Experienced SEN teacher capable of leading a SEND Hub.
• Experience with KS2 and pupils with moderate to severe needs.
• Eligible for an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SEND Hub following a Development Plan.
• Deliver three days of direct teaching in the Hub and two days of non-contact time.
• Collaborate with Cleobury Mortimer Primary School and Severndale teams to support learners.
