Cleobury Mortimer Primary School is seeking a SEND Hub Lead on a two-year secondment from Severndale Academy to lead the SEND Hub, implementing a development plan to enhance teaching, learning and positive behaviour support.

The post combines three days of direct teaching in the Hub with two days of non-contact time, starting January 2027 on a Leadership Salary scale L7 to L10. Tours of the school are welcome; contact [e-mail].

• Experienced SEN teacher stepping into a leadership role to lead the SEND Hub.
• Ability to develop and implement a Hub Development Plan focusing on teaching, learning, curriculum and behaviour support.
• Commitment to positive communication, collaboration and engagement across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the SEND Hub with a focus on pupil needs and personalised provision.
• Deliver three days of direct teaching in the Hub and manage two non-contact days.
• Implement and monitor the Hub Development Plan in partnership with Cleobury Mortimer Primary School and Severndale Academy.
