Job summary

Learning Community Trust - Severndale Specialist School is seeking an experienced primary SEND teacher to lead and develop the SEND Hub. The role involves three days of direct teaching and two days of non-contact time, on a two-year secondment starting January 2027 with a Leadership Salary L7 to L10.

Qualifications

• Experienced primary SEN teacher capable of stepping into leadership.
• Ability to lead and develop a Hub Development Plan.
• Experience implementing positive behaviour support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SEND Hub at Cleobury Mortimer, implementing a Hub Development Plan including teaching, learning, curriculum and behaviour support.
• Deliver three days of direct teaching in the Hub and two days of non-contact time.
• Foster positive communication, collaboration and engagement to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
• Ensure Hub provision is individualised to pupil needs and align with Severndale and Cleobury Mortimer teams.
