Job summary

Severndale Specialist Academy is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive school improvement and manage a diverse team on site in England. The role focuses on strategic leadership, SEND expertise, and effective collaboration with staff, governors and external partners.

You will work with multi-agency teams and stakeholders to deliver inclusive educational outcomes, staff development, and strong governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong middle/senior leadership and management experience.
• Significant experience and knowledge of working with pupils with SEND.
• Proven ability to manage change effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing a school improvement area.
• Line management and staff development experience.
• Building effective relationships with governors and parents/carers.
• Experience of successful multi-agency work with education, health and social care teams.
