Job summary

Skelton Primary School is seeking a permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join for 35 hours per week, term time only, to work within our Treetop SEND Provision and potentially cover PPA. The successful candidate will lead and drive our SEND provision across KS1 and KS2, plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor pupil progress, and build positive relationships with children and families.

After-school clubs and CPD opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Committed to inclusion and building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive forward our SEND provision across KS1 and KS2.
• Plan, prepare and deliver learning lessons; monitor pupil progress and report on achievement.
• Support pupils individually or in small groups and cover classes when needed, including PPA time.
