Yarnfield Primary School, part of Summit Learning Trust in Birmingham, is seeking an enthusiastic SEND HLTA to join our Enhanced Provision and support high-needs pupils. You will lead targeted interventions, support teaching and learning, monitor progress and help develop high-quality provision that enables every child to thrive.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or significant SEND experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals.
• Confidence in leading interventions and supporting learning across the curriculum.
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead learning activities, interventions and small group teaching.
• Support pupils with SEND across communication, cognition and social-emotional needs.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and annual reviews.
• Mentor Teaching Assistants within the Enhanced Provision.
• Develop and promote inclusive practice across the school.
