A leading organization in alternative education is seeking a SEND HLTA to support primary and secondary pupils with specific educational needs. This role involves delivering customized literacy and numeracy sessions while addressing emotional and educational challenges. Ideal candidates will have previous experience, a strong commitment to student development, and a passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Our client is an expanding Alternative Education Provision serving primary and secondary pupils with EHCPs related to SEMH across multiple sites in Gloucestershire. The role begins with a 60-day probation period, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
