The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and innovative Drama and Media Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department at a well-established secondary school in Oxford. Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated educator to deliver engaging Drama and Media lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. The successful candidate will inspire creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in students, while also playing a key role in school productions and media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach inspiring and dynamic Drama and Media lessons from KS3 to KS5
Plan and direct school performances, theatre projects, and digital media productions
Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Encourage student participation in creative and collaborative learning activities
Contribute to curriculum development within both Drama and Media Studies
Lead or support enrichment activities such as clubs, trips, and school showcases

What We re Looking For:
A degree in Drama, Media Studies, or a related subject
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Drama and/or Media to KS4/KS5 (ECTs also welcome)
A passion for creative education and student engagement
Strong classroom management and communication skills
