Cover Supervisors Wanted

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Step into the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of a teacher.
• Deliver pre-set lessons, ensuring pupils remain focused, engaged, and safe.
• Manage classroom behaviour, encouraging respect and collaboration.
• Work flexibly across various schools, getting to know different teams and environments. No two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 6 weeks' experience working with children or young people in any capacity—youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar.
• Skills: Strong communication, confidence in front of groups, and a passion for supporting children’s education.
• Access to your own vehicle is highly desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
• EWC registration (or willing to obtain it)
• Bonus Points: If you're calm under pressure, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running!
