Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting for Targeted Family Help in Blaby, Oadby and Wigston to join our team as Key Workers. You will provide direct home-based support to children and families with complex needs and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Experience with safeguarding, domestic abuse, mental health or substance misuse is valued. An enhanced DBS check is required, and we offer flexible working options where possible.

Qualifications

• Qualification in social care, health or childcare or equivalent experience.
• Experience of providing direct home support in the home to children and families with complex needs.
• Experience delivering evidence-based interventions (e.g., solution-focused approaches, parenting programmes).
• An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home-based support to children and families with complex needs.
