Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning for classes, groups and individuals.
• Adapt teaching, resources and classroom environments for a wide range of SEND profiles.
• Collaborate with families, therapists and professionals to implement agreed strategies.
• Lead and support classroom staff and ensure consistency with EHCP targets and outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality English instruction and contribute to accredited learning pathways.
