The successful candidate will be resilient, energetic and well organised, with empathy and a commitment to working with young people. This fixed‑term post runs for 1 year (term time plus one week) and is 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Empathy and caring nature are essential.
• Proven experience with vulnerable/challenging students is advantageous.
• Ability to support learner access and progress in lessons.
