Responsabilités

• Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0 to 25, ensuring high-quality support tailored to needs.
• Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to reflect individual requirements and aspirations.
• Lead annual reviews and ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with families, schools, educational psychologists, social care professionals and partner agencies to forge strong, productive partnerships.
• Tackle complex cases and maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates.
