Connect2Dorset is recruiting a SEND Case Officer (Provision Lead) to join Dorset Council's SEND Service. This remote role focuses on supporting children and young people with SEND, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.

The role offers £320 a day for a minimum of three months, with flexible remote or hybrid working. You will coordinate EHCPs, lead annual reviews, and collaborate with families, schools, educational psychologists, social care and other partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people with SEND.
• Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes.
• Strong case management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.
• Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
• Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.
• Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.
