Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a SEND Behaviour Support Worker in Rochdale, England. The role is full-time and permanent, with a pay rate of £550 - £750 per week, and hours 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time, in a specialist SEND school for ages 11–19.

You will support learners with complex needs in a holistic, person-centred way, building relationships and helping develop communication, social and life skills to enable independence.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting young people with autism, ADHD or complex learning needs.
• Ability to adapt communication to individual learners, including non-verbal ones.
• Calm, patient and consistent approach with quick relationship-building.
