Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a Behaviour Mentor (SEND HLTA) for a special needs school in Bromley/SE London. The role involves supporting children with varied SEND needs in classroom and 1:1 settings, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and EBD.

The position starts ASAP and requires consistency with an 8 am start, five days a week. The role is based in southeast London with a focus on behaviour management and a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• 5 days a week and able to commit to a contract 8 am start

Responsibilities

• Support children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis.
• Work in a school based in southeast London (Bromley borough) and surrounding areas.
• Starting ASAP and commit to an 8:00 start time
