Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a SEND Assistant Caseworker for a 6-month temporary contract. The role supports the Local Authority in processing needs assessments and working with young people, families, and schools to gather evidence for decisions.

Hybrid working is expected with attendance at Sleaford and/or Lincoln offices at least one day per week. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills, well organized and able to work under

Responsabilités

• Process Education, Health and Social Care needs assessment requests to support SEND planning.
• Collaborate with young people, families and education settings to gather evidence for decisions.
• Support the SEND team with administrative duties to ensure timely service delivery.
• Attend monthly SEND Team development days across the county.
