Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council in Lincolnshire is seeking three Practice Supervisors to oversee the SEND Teams covering Boston South Holland / Lincoln and West Lindsey / East Lindsey. You will supervise caseworkers to ensure standards, and contribute to SEND strategy and planning in line with local and national policy.

Applicants should have extensive experience within the statutory SEND framework and the ability to coordinate with partners, families and children/young people, ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working within the statutory framework of SEND.
• Experience supervising a team of caseworkers and assistant caseworkers.
• Experience overseeing Education Health and Care assessments and Education Health and Care Plans.
• Ability to ensure statutory duties are met and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Boston South Holland / Lincoln and West Lindsey / East Lindsey SEND Teams.
• Provide supervision of the caseworkers to maintain standards and efficient team operations.
• Contribute to direction and development of the SEND strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver legally required support for SEND.
