Job summary

Storal’s Tiny Tots Nursery in Basingstoke is hiring a dedicated nursery practitioner for a full-time 40-hour week (Mon–Fri). You’ll plan activities, support development through play, and help keep children safe, loved and inspired.

You’ll need an Early Years qualification (Level 2/3) and SEN experience is essential. The role offers up to £13.70 per hour, a £1,000 welcome bonus and a supportive, warm environment that emphasises safeguarding and family partnership.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
• Experience across all age groups in Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.
• Experience working with SEN children is essential.
• Level 3 SEN qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe children's progress.
• Manage personal care in line with the Storal curriculum.
• Apply EYFS pedagogy daily and seek learning opportunities.
• Bond with children and families through meaningful moments.
• Deliver high levels of care and empathy.
