Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced SENCO Nursery Practitioner. You will lead SEN support, plan development activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing EYFS environment for every child.

Ideal candidates hold a full Level 2 or above Early Years qualification with EYFS and safeguarding knowledge, plus SEND experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with a welcome bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse/ Practitioner/ Educator).
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.
Experience working with children with SEND.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver activities that support children's development.
Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
Build positive relationships with families.
Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
Follow safeguarding and child protection policies.
Lead and champion support for children with SEND to enable participation.
Collaborate with families, staff and external professionals on personalised plans.
