Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced SENCO Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming team. You will plan and deliver development-focused activities, create a safe EYFS-aligned environment, and support children with SEND to participate fully.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• Passion for early childhood education and excellence.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

• Plan and deliver activities supporting children's development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating EYFS environment.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
