Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced SENCO Nursery Practitioner. You will lead SEN support, plan development activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing EYFS environment for every child.

Ideal candidates hold a full Level 2 or above Early Years qualification with EYFS and safeguarding knowledge, plus SEND experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with a welcome bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse/ Practitioner/ Educator).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.
• Experience working with children with SEND.

• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (dependent on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Your Role

As a SENCO Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver activities that support children's development

• Collaborate with families, staff, and external professionals to deliver personalised support plans that effectively meet each child's individual needs.
• Creating an inclusive, caring environment where every child feels valued and supported to reach their full potential.

About You

We are seeking someone who has:

• full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
• Strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
