Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming Weybridge team. This role involves planning and delivering activities that support children’s development within a safe, nurturing EYFS environment.

We offer structured training, funded qualifications, and progression opportunities, with a salary up to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding and child protection policies.
