Walberton & Binsted CE Primary School is seeking an experienced Inclusion Leader and SENCO to take a leading role in strengthening inclusive practice across the school. The role supports the statutory SENCO duties and works with staff, families and external professionals to provide high-quality SEND provision.

The post is 0.5 or 0.6 FTE with flexible working patterns to suit both the candidate and school needs.

Formación

• Requires QTS and strong SEND knowledge.
• Experience in SEND and inclusive practice.
• Ability to manage statutory processes accurately and build relationships with families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of SEND provision and act as SENCO.
• Lead inclusive practice across the school and support colleagues to raise standards.
• Work with teachers, families and external professionals to identify needs early and implement the graduated approach.
• Support NPQ for SENCOs and contribute to whole-school improvement.
