St Helen's Catholic Primary School is seeking an Inclusion Leader to drive SEND provision and inclusion across the school. You will lead on SENCO responsibilities, coordinate staff, and work with the Senior Leadership Team to promote the school's aims and ethos.

The role involves teaching duties for 1 day a week when required, and delivering targeted interventions to accelerate progress for pupils with SEND, EAL, and Pupil Premium while ensuring effective assessment and planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold the National SENCO award.
• Experience leading SEND provision and coordinating support staff.
• Ability to analyse data and plan targeted interventions.

Responsabilités

• Play a key role within the school to ensure pupils with additional needs make good progress.
• Work with Senior Leadership Team to promote the school ethos.
• Line manage SEND support staff and coordinate CPD opportunities.
• Carry out pastoral and SEMH wellbeing activities with children when appropriate.
• Undertake duties of a class teacher for 1 day a week or as needed.
