The Victory Primary School wishes to appoint a qualified SENCO, or someone willing to undertake the qualification, to lead and manage support for pupils with SEND. They will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities and will oversee inclusive practices across the school.

Working with SEND pupils will be a vocation, and the school offers a generous salary and relocation expenses where required. We are committed to developing staff wellbeing and professional development.

Formación

• Qualified SENCO or willingness to undertake the qualification.
• Experience leading SEND provision and collaborative team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage support for pupils with SEND.
• Oversee inclusive practices across the school.
• Raise standards and improve achievement for SEND pupils.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff.
• Ensure effective use of resources to improve teaching quality.
