Lightwater Village School in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated SENCO Assistant to support an inclusive, nurturing environment and assist the SENCO in promoting pupil development and attainment.

You will work with staff to implement strategies, monitor progress, and foster strong relationships with pupils and families, contributing to an ambitious, collaborative culture across Lightwater Village Infant and Junior School.

Formación

• Experience working within SEND.
• Understanding safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with key stakeholders.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with young children.
• Understanding educational, welfare and social needs of the children.
• Remain calm and objective with challenging behaviour.
• Enthusiastic and committed to team work.
