Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is sourcing SENCo professionals for Greenwich-based pre-booked assignments across primary and secondary schools. Opportunities include short-term and long-term cover, maternity and sickness leave, and temp-to-perm paths with dedicated consultant support.

The ideal candidate holds UK QTS and SEN leadership experience, with a solid grasp of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
