Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a SENCo for pre-booked opportunities in Greenwich, with roles ranging from short-term cover to maternity and sabbatical replacements. Whether an experienced SENCo or a qualified teacher pursuing SEN leadership, you’ll join a continuum of planned assignments across primary and secondary schools.

Expect long-term maternity/sickness coverage, temp-to-perm paths, and competitive weekly PAYE pay, aligned with the AWR where applicable.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.

Responsibilities
