Qualifications

• QTS essential and SENCo leadership experience required.
• SEN leadership qualification or equivalent experience appreciated.
• Solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with staff, pupils and parents.
• Experience working with SEN provision and multi-professional teams.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
