Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking SENCo professionals for pre-booked assignments across Greenwich. Opportunities span primary and secondary schools with long-term maternity, sickness and sabbatical cover.

Roles offer temp-to-perm possibilities and competitive PAYE pay, with dedicated consultant support throughout the placement. QTS and SEN leadership qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Pre-booked short-term and long-term SENCo assignments across primary and secondary schools.
• Support schools in SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Liaise with staff, parents and external professionals to ensure pupil support.
• Receive dedicated consultant support throughout placement.
