Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is recruiting SENCo professionals for pre-booked opportunities in Greenwich and surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced SENCo or a qualified teacher stepping into SEN leadership, we offer placements across primary and secondary schools.

Assignments range from short-term cover to long-term maternity and sickness leave, with temp-to-perm options. You’ll receive dedicated consultant support, and competitive PAYE pay, with transparent terms and no umbrella company

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
