Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is recruiting SENCo professionals for pre-booked roles in schools around Greenwich. You can move from short-term to long-term placements, including maternity and sickness cover, with temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualified teachers with SEN leadership experience are sought, with a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes. DBS update is advantageous and high-quality support is provided throughout placements.

We work with schools requiring planned cover, meaning you'll be offered pre-arranged assignments rather than unpredictable day-to-day work.

What we're looking for:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice

• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
