Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEN Youth Worker for a Secondary SEN School in Rochdale. You will build positive relationships, support learning, and assist with behavioural management while promoting student wellbeing and development.

Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged; previous school-based experience is beneficial but not essential. This role offers ongoing training and a chance to progress within SEN education.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Support pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Help manage behaviour through positive and consistent approaches.
• Encourage social, emotional, and personal development.
• Support students with communication, confidence, or emotional regulation challenges.
• Assist with educational and enrichment activities throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists to optimise pupil outcomes.
