TP Tutors, part of Teaching Personnel, is seeking experienced SEN & Behaviour Specialists to provide 1:1 tuition across Birmingham and surrounding areas, in homes, schools or community settings during school hours.
This role supports learners of all age groups with SEND and behavioural needs, delivering differentiated sessions, monitoring progress and building strong relationships with families and schools.
Are you an experienced teacher, tutor or behaviour specialist with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
TP Tutors, part of Teaching Personnel, is looking for dedicated SEN & Behaviour Specialist 1:1 Tutors to support learners of all age groups across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Tuition and support may take place in learners’ homes, schools or suitable community settings during school hours.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised educational and behavioural support to learners with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, overcome barriers to learning, manage behaviour and emotions, re-engage with education and achieve meaningful academic and personal progress.
Competitive pay, depending on experience, qualifications, learner needs and the tuition assignment.
This role covers Birmingham and surrounding areas, with assignments available depending on learner requirements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
