Teaching Personnel Ltd’s TP Tutors is seeking experienced SEN 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition across Northampton and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time opportunities, sessions in pupils' homes or schools during school hours.
You will support pupils with SEND, ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, dyslexia and other learning needs, tailoring lessons, monitoring progress and coordinating with families and schools.

Are you an experienced teacher or tutor with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
TP Tutors, part of Teaching Personnel, is seeking dedicated SEN 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to pupils across Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley, and the surrounding areas. Sessions take place in pupils' homes, schools, or community settings during school hours.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require tailored educational provision due to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech and language needs, dyslexia, or other additional learning needs. You'll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve meaningful academic progress.
Competitive pay, depending on experience, qualifications, the pupil's needs, and the tuition assignment.
This role covers Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley, and nearby areas. Applicants should be willing to travel to tuition locations within the local region.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
