The role:

As an LSA, you will support children with statemented special needs, working either 1:1 or in small groups. You will collaborate closely with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, providing consistency and support that fosters positive outcomes. These roles typically require full-time availability (Monday Friday).

• Experienced working with children with SEN or behavioural challenges
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting diverse needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to remain calm under pressure and use restorative approaches

What you MUST demonstrate:

• Right to work in the UK
• Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs and behavioural challenges
• Patience, empathy, composure, and diligence
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Recent enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Overseas police clearance if lived abroad for 6+ months in last 5 years
• Based in London or within a commutable distance

Pay and benefits:

• £100 £120 per day
