Principal Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support children with special educational needs in London special needs schools. These roles require a commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments and the ability to work closely with teachers.

Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support to pupils, ensuring they can thrive academically and socially. Candidates should possess the right to work in the UK and have relevant experience, alongside a strong commitment to children's development.

Compensation ranges from £105 to £130 per day, depending on experience, with opportunities for higher rates.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting children with behavioural challenges.
• Recent enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Overseas police clearance if lived abroad for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support children with special needs in either 1:1 or small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide consistent support to encourage positive outcomes.
