You will assist in classrooms, help with targets and interventions, and promote safeguarding and wellbeing within a friendly school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in education, care, or community settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Experience supporting autistic students.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support across various subjects
• Assist with classwork, homework, and exam preparation
• Help set, track, and review individual student targets
• Deliver tailored interventions to meet student needs
• Support learning in-class and during off-site activities
• Act as a key worker for designated pupils
• Assist with lunch, break, and on-call supervision
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing
