Teach Now is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and ADHD in KS1/KS2 at a Merton primary school. The role focuses on one-to-one and small-group support to help children access learning, manage transitions and build self-regulation.

Salary: £92.56 – £105 per day
Contract: Full-time, temporary, long-term
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Phase: Primary – KS1/KS2
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are available for candidates with extensive SEN experience and relevant training. Pay is determined in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small‑group support for pupils across KS1 and KS2 with SEMH and ADHD needs. You will help children access classroom learning, manage transitions, build independence and develop positive strategies for communication and self‑regulation.
