The school supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant who can provide effective classroom support and help pupils engage positively with their education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other support staff to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment. You will support pupils both in the classroom and on a 1:1 or small-group basis, helping with learning, behaviour, emotional regulation and general classroom activities.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker or Support Worker looking to develop their experience within an SEMH school.
