Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary education at Aurora Wilden View, Kidderminster. This full-time, permanent role involves working with students in Years 2 to 4, supporting their learning and wellbeing in a caring environment with small class sizes.

The role includes:

• Supporting children's learning and general wellbeing
• Building strong relationships with pupils
• Supporting with care needs and positive behaviour management
• Assisting in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum

Hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, with additional training and development time. The role requires supporting pupils' independence, promoting high behaviour standards, and working closely with teachers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above
• Experience in an educational setting
