Job Description:

ABC Teachers Supply Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the Willenhall area. This full-time position is based in the school's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Unit.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.

About the role

This role will include:

  • Supporting a number of primary age pupils with SEN needs in the schools SEN Unit.
  • Full time with hours from 08:30-15:30.
  • Will commence from September 2024, continuing until the end of the Autumn term.
About the school

This will be located in the SEN Unit of a one-form entry primary school in the Willenhall area.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant- Primary School- Willenhall you will:

  • Be able to commit to full-time work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of children with special needs.
  • Be able to Work within a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting is essential.
  • Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Salary based on daily rate.
